New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Kwadaso Constituency in Kumasi, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, has stressed that the major key to victory is for the party to ensure vigilance and maximum security at the polling stations during the election period.
