The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has called for complete deletion of clause 4 (3) and (4) from the Interception of Postal Packets & Telecommunications Bill, which empowers the National Security Co-ordinator to orally authorise interceptions for 48 hours without any court order or warrant.
