Two out of five senior high school graduates who allegedly ganged up to rape a 16-year-old junior high school student at Darkuman, Accra, have been arrested by personnel of the Kaneshie branch of the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service.
