The Kotobabi Police have arrested a 28-year-old self-employed caterer, for allegedly kidnapping a 15-year-old boy. The suspect, Kwesi Aboagye a.k.a �Wofa K�, was alleged to have travelled with the boy to his village a week before he vanished.
