The General Secretary of the People�s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah, obviously riled by the failings of the state broadcaster, Ghana Television (GTV), has suggested that some of the structural edifice of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) that houses GTV be turned into a University, as it has consistently failed to utilize facilities at its disposal.
