The Ghana Ambassador to Malaysia, II. E. Dan Abodakpi has taken a swipe at the erstwhile New Patriotic Party (NPP) government for consciously abusing the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) instituted by the previous National Democratic Congress (NDC) government, under Ex-President Rawlings.
