Following the report from the Electoral Commission (EC) that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the largest opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) are among 19 political parties that could not meet the EC’s deadline for the submission of their audited financial accounts, the director of elections for NPP says something might have gone wrong.
