A former Member Of Parliament (MP) for Navrongo Central, in the Northern Region, Hon Joseph Adda, who was Energy Minister under former President Kufour, has reacted to claims of financial misappropriation regarding dealings between an American company and the Bulk Oil Storage Company (BOST), when he was the Energy Minister.
