The Narcotics Control Board (NACOB), is in a meeting over the alleged assault of a Nigerian suspect at the premises of the High Court in Accra on Wednesday. The suspect, Halidu Moro, was first arrested at the Kotoka International Airport with $400,000 he was traveling with.
