Few days ago in Minna, Niger State, a woman named Bara'atu (pictured) who is the step mother of the baby boy, allegedly cut off his penis. She was arrested and placed in custody pending her arraignment in court. The boy survived the incident and was rushed to a hospital in Minna where doctors urgently operated on him in order to provide a way for him to urinate.
