The Chief Executive of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Hon. Alfred Okoe Vanderpuiye, says it is �time for a fresh focus to be given to proper urban planning in order to deal with the challenges of massive unplanned, unbalanced and uncontrolled growth of urban centres�, most especially in Accra.
