National Democratic Congress (NDC) General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia has blamed the opposition New Patriotic Party for hindering the cultivation of consensus building at the Inter Party Advisory Committee(IPAC) which is key to the country’s democracy ahead of the December polls.
