The Presidential Spokesperson, Mahama Ayariga, has taken a major step towards his parliamentary comeback with the eventful launching of his fan club in Bawku, amidst booming of gunshot. His brief stay in Upper East Regional town was characteristically turbulent although this time around no fatality was recorded.
