As the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) tires to patch-up the differences between two leading members of the party, namely, Messrs. Ekwow Spio Garbrah and Ato Ahwoi, reports reaching The Chronicle from Asankragwa in the Eastern region say the District Chief Executive for Amenfi West, Mr. Victor Meisu and his constituency chairman, Alhaji Abdallah Toppoh, are also engaged in power struggle over who controls the district.
