The fifth and sixth Security Watch Africa Lecture and Awards will be held in Ghana between 28th and 30th of this month under the theme �Peace and Security-Panacea to Sustainable Development in West Africa, �according to the chief executive officer (C.E.O) of Security Watch Africa, Patrick Agbambu.
