Three notorious car snatchers who have been terrorizing residents of Kumasi with their illicit activities are in the grips of the law, according to the police. The trio includes 21-year-odl Alhassan Babdal, the ring leader, Ishaku Abubakari, 28, and Aminu mohammed.
