The Northern Regional Police Command led by Assistant Commissioner of Police Peter Angwubutoge Awuni, Northern Regional Police Commander, celebrated, dance and wine on Friday over Chereponi bye-election, which they say was peaceful, free and fair on 29 of September 2009.
