The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ningo-Prampram Constituency of the Greater Accra region has debunked media reports that its parliamentary candidate, Sam Nartey George was behind the disruption of the durbar of chiefs during the Homowo festival by some machomen on September 17 at Ningo.
