Former President Jerry John Rawlings, other dignitaries, friends and members of the family, on Sunday congregated at the Tema Community 10 home of the late Lt. Col. Enoch Kwame Tweneboah Donkoh, to celebrate the final funeral rites of the deceased who passed on July 13 this year.
