Flag bearer of the Progressive People’s Party, (PPP) Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, has taken a swipe at Dr Konadu Kofi Apraku, a former Minister of State in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government for suggesting only the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the NPP are destined to govern Ghana.
