Anyinam District Police Command yesterday arrested 46-year-old man, Yaw Abenkwa, for defacing and destroying posters and billboards of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Fanteakwa South, Mrs. Abigail Elorm Mensah.
