For showing exceptional performance in Innovation, Local Content support, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Environmental and Social Performance, Newmont Ghana’s Ahafo Mine, Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd, has been declared the Mining Company of the Year 2015 by the Ghana Chamber of Mines.
