THE ASHAIMAN Constituency Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have accused the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly (ASHMA) for illegally renewing contracts and awarding fresh contracts to members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as the party goes into opposition.
