Minister of Roads and Transport, Hon Joe Gidisu, says his experience today in a rickety trotro has re-inforced and rekindled his commitment to speed up the urban transport centre project which will be run as a pilot scheme, from Kasoa through Mallam to Kaneshie and Accra.
