The Northern Regional Police Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police Peter Angwubutoge Awuni, has blamed the numerous road accidents in the region on the Driver Vehicle and License Authority (DVLA) and alleged they charge GH�200 and issue licenses to unqualified persons.
