The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for New Edubiase in the Ashanti Region, Ernest Kofi Yakah, yesterday morning rammed his car into the official vehicle of the Speaker of Parliament, Justice Joyce Bamford-Addo.
