The Minister of Energy, Hon. Boakye Agyarko, together with his Ghanaian delegation including Deputy Energy Minister in charge of Petroleum, Hon. Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, Deputy Energy Minister in charge of Finance and Infrastructure, Hon. Joseph Cudjoe, and other technocrats represented Ghana at this year's Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston Texas, United States.
