As the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) prepares for polling station, constituency, regional and national executive elections, Stephen Kwadwo Arhin aka Wewebi, a leading member of the party has sent a strong warning to top officials and constituency executives to desist from handpicking polling station executives.
