The Majority in Parliament has accused a former Chief Executive of the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), Dr Stephen Opuni, of diverting fertilisers meant for all cocoa farmers to individuals linked to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during his tenure.
