A former Chief Director of the Electoral Commission (EC), Kwame Damoah Agyeman, has said not only is the current misunderstanding between the Chair of the EC, Mrs Charlotte Osei and some of her deputies “disgusting”, but also diminishing Ghana’s democratic credentials.
