An Accra High court has quashed the decision of the Minister of the Interior, Ambrose Dery and the Director/Comptroller of the Ghana Immigration Service, Kwame Takyi to deport an Indian businessman Ashok Kumar Sivaram in June 2017 over alleged fraud and other offences.
