The Intelligent Unit of the Narcotics Control Board has arrested Prosper Kumako, an agent who facilitated the exportation of Pangolin Scales from Ghana to Malaysia, Nana Kofi Adu-Nsiah, Executive Director, Wildlife Division of the Forestry Commission, has said.
