Since the first few days of President Mills coming into power, ex-President Rawlings has never stopped casting doubts about the government�s ability to deliver. His words his been re-echoed by the likes of Dr. Spio-Garbrah, majority leader Bagbin to mention a few. Just a few weeks ago, JJ openly called some government appointees �greedy bastards�. His choice of words has not only been very degrading but heavily sentimental to say the least.
