Chairman for Wassaman Small Scale Mining Association (WMSSMA) in the Western Region, Mr. Emmanuel Quarm, has stated that the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Mr. John Peter Amewu, has no power to ban activities of small scale miners in the country.
