Mr Philip Akpeena Assibit, one of the accused persons in the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA) case, has said his company, Goodwill International Group (GIG) developed an exit strategy plan for National Youth Employment Programme (NYEP).
