The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Alhaji Mohammad Mumuni, is leading a delegation of officials from some selected Ministries, Departments and Agencies to attend the Third Session of the Ghana-Togo Permanent Joint Commission for Co-operation which is taking place in the Togolese capital, Lome, from December 7 to 8.
