Following months of investigations into allegations of conflict of interest in the recent US $2.25 billion bond issued by the government of Ghana through the Ministry of Finance, the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has emerged with a 140-paged report, stating their position on the matter.
