The Executive Director of the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG), Dr. Emmanuel Akwetey, has said the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] should celebrate the nomination of a member of their party, Martin Amidu, as the country’s first Special Prosecutor.
