Introduction ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world’ by Nelson Mandela. As Ghanaians, we must make education of the youth our “Core Value” to develop the fundamental human capacity base of our country. The “Free SHS” policy is laudable and acceptable but its funding approach by the NPP government has come under serious scrutiny across the country.
