Tragedy struck Sefwi-Wiawso in the Western Region on Friday when a female cashier of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and one other person were killed in two separate incidents during the funeral rites of the chief of Sefwi-Wiawso, Nana Yaw Korankye.
