An aspiring presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), who doubles as the 2nd Deputy Speaker of Parliament and the Member of Parliament for Nadowli West, Alban Sumani Kingsford Bagbin has said whether he wins the 2020 elections as president or not he will work for the development of democracy in Ghana.
