A former Central Regional Chairman of the Ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr. Joseph Danquah Smith, affectionately called “Butey” has thrown his weight behind Mr. Stephen Ntim for the National Chairmanship position in the upcoming NPP National Delegates’ Conference.
