Mrs. Betty Mould-Iddrisu, Minister of Justice and Attorney-General, on Tuesday said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Minority in Parliament misconstrued the statement of the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning on judgment debts as presented in the 2010 budget.
