The Chamber of Petroleum Consumers-Ghana(COPEC) is demanding the immediate removal of the Managing Director of the Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited(GCML) Frances Essiam following a decision by the Energy Ministry to dissolve the Board of the company.
