The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) has sent a goodwill message to World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Super Bantamweight Champion Isaac ''Royal Storm'' Dogboe,  as he makes his first title defence on Saturday, August 25, in Glendale, Arizona, United States of America (USA).
