The Minority in Parliament, has congratulated reigning World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Super Bantamweight Champion Isaac "Royal Storm" Dogboe (20-0, 14 KO), after he successfully defended his title against Japanese boxer, Hidenori Otake (32-3-3, 14 KO), last Saturday in Arizona, United States of America (USA).
