Former Deputy Chief of Staff under the erstwhile John Mahama administration, Madam Valerie Sawyerr, has said she was ready to be ‘shackled’ by President Akufo-Addo, over a forensic audit that allegedly implicated her as a board member of Ghana Gas in the purchase of some four helicopters, which the government claimed were missing.
