Member of Parliament for Efutu, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has debunked reports that Supreme Court has overturned a decision of the Governing Council of the University of Education, Winneba, which led to the dismiss of Prof Mawutor Avoke as Vice Chancellor of the University.
