When President Akufo-Addo in 2017 appointed Dr. Owusu Afriyie-Akoto to head the Ministry of Agriculture; little did he know that, he had appointed a round peg for a round hole who could be equal to the task of saving Ghana’s Agriculture from the realm of hopelessness it was pushed into by the previous administration.
