General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia says the violence which greeted the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election is a fulfilment of President Akufo-Addo’s campaign promise made to Ghanaians prior to the 2012 election.
